MADE IN PSP 8 AND SAVED AS PNG FILES.
PNG Files should work in most graphics
programs including Photo Shop.
You May..........

You may make anything
you'd like from my TUBES, for your
personal use as long as my copyright
information is on the finished product.
Please use

signature tags that are personalized to
share with others, web sets, auction
templates, incredimail, stationary, etc. Graphics
are for digital use only.
FOTKI ALBUMS
All graphics in the Fotki Albums must remain
in tact and can not be altered except for
the blank tag albums. Pre-Made Name
tags & snags are available to everyone, and
can be shared in groups as snags.
Digital Scrapbook Kits - Personal Use Only
The Digital Scrapbook Kits can be used with
other artist graphics. If my graphics are in
the Scrapbook Kit then you must put my
copyright information. They can not be
resold in any form. You can use them
to make tags, or digital scrapbook pages to
print for family or friends. Credit on
Digital Scrapbook Elements is appreciated
but not mandatory. I do ask that if
you own, operated or manage a website, forum
or group that you place my banner on your
site.
Commercial
Use:
If you
would like to use my graphics for Commercial
Purposes you will need to purchase a
Commercial License.
You may...
1. Use my
graphics for websets, digital cards, and
hand made items to sell online, including
candy wrappers, altered tags, altered art,
altered paint cans etc.
2. You can use my graphics for
handmade items that you sell on Ebay.
You MUST have my copyright information
posted on each auction. You can not
resell my original images in their original
form, sell them on CD, or post my original
graphic. You must show a picture of
the item you are making any my copyright
information must be visible on the auction.
3. You can use my graphics in
Scrapbooking kits to sell as long as my
copyright information is in your Terms of
use and the graphic is merged onto something
else. You can not take one of my tubes
and have the original image in the kit.
The image must be merged along with other
items such as attached to a frame or
element. If you are selling a scrapkit
with my images it must be for personal use
only for the person purchasing the kit from
you. No Commercial Use of the kids
made by you are allowed.
You may NOT...
1. Sell the
images in their original form, on CD, or in
a collection. You can not sell my
images as tubes. They must be used to
created another product.
2. You may NOT use the images for
items on third party sites such as Cafe
Press.
3. You may not sell my images or shoe
my original images on Auction Sites.
If you are using them to make items for sale
on Ebay or another auction site you must
show the finished product in your pictures.
4. Pre-made Scrap Kits on the
Colleneland site are for use only and not
available for Commercial Use.

Licenses
You May Not......
You may not resell, distribute through
email, email groups or on message boards my
tubes or graphics in their original form.
You may NOT add my tubes to any CD
collection unless it is for personal use
only. You may not give or sell my
tubes to any other person or give out your
password or user information to anyone.
In other words you must make something from
the original tube and proper credit and
copyright information must be clearly
legible. You may not use my graphics
in any way for monetary gain, unless a
Commercial License is bought.
Please be aware that all graphics are
watermarked as well as digitally marked.
