Lost Password Help
Effective Immediately - Aug 23, 2006
Due to
the amount of individuals trying to gain access to the site by saying they have
lost their "password" the following policy is now in effect for retrieving lost
passwords.
1. It
is the responsibility of the member to retain and keep a copy of their username
and password for the length of time they are a member of the site.
2. I
will be more than happy to look up the information ONCE! I understand computers
crash but please keep the information on a "hard" copy somewhere that you have
access to if your computer does crash.
3. You
will need to supply me with the following information if you need to retrieve
your username and password. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
a. The
original paypal email address you used to pay for your membership.
b. The
month and year that you joined the website and/or a copy of your paypal receipt.
4.
Usernames and Passwords will now ONLY BE MAILED TO THE ORIGINAL PAYPAL ACCOUNT
EMAIL ADDRESS. Absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS!
I have
had numerous individuals email me telling me that their original address was no
longer valid only to find out the original member had no idea this was being
done. For YOUR SECURITY, I will no longer issue passwords to any account other
than what was given to me via paypal. I am very sorry but there will be no
exceptions to this policy under any circumstances.
