What can I
use your tubes for?
You can use my tubes
for personal use to create signature tags,
email tags, web sets, and graphics for your
personal siTe or to decorate your commercial
site. If you are using them to
decorate a commercial site, my banner must
visible on your site and must be linked back
to www.ColleneLAND.com

Can I
offer your tubes for download?
No. They may
not be offered for download, sent through
email groups, given away, or put on CD to
either give away or sell.

What
version of PSP are your tubes?
All of my tubes
have been created in PSP 8. They are
saved as png files and will work in all
versions of psp as well as most other
graphic type programs.

Can I
animate your tubes?
Yes!! Please
feel free to add any type of animation you'd
like (as long as its not of a graphic
nature). This includes sparkles,
glitter, noise, movable limbs, blinking
eyes, etc.

Do you
offer refunds?
To protect everyone,
we do not offer refunds once your password
has been emailed to you. This is to
protect everyone from a person joining,
downloading all the files, and then
requesting a refund. If you are unsure about
joining or have questions, please email me
before joining. I am very accessible
and answer all emails within 24 hours.

Do you
upload or change the tubes on the site from
time to time?
Yes!! I am
always creating new graphics, and always
uploading new files. Check the site
often

Can I use
your tubes to create items to sell?
Yes and No.
You must purchase a commercial license in
order to use my tubes to create items that
you sell. This includes items you sell
on your website or at craft shows. See
the commercial licensing section for terms.

Who owns
the copyright to your graphics?
All graphics are
copyright ColleneLAND Graphics & PSP Tubes
and CAWronko. I retain all copyright
to all tubes and images I create.

I saw a
copyright violation, what do I do?
Email me! I
will check it out! I will never give
out the name, or email address of the person
that notified me of a copyright violation.
